Rent-a-tent!

Are you not quite ready to buy just yet? Looking for a test run before taking the plunge? Or simply want to quickly get away for the weekend with the family and stay in comfort?

From our store at 55 McCormack St, Toronto, ON, M6N 1X8, we are renting out roof top tents, ground tents, gazebos, stoves, tables, awnings, chairs, fridges, and more!

Prices will vary by tent model and accessories included.

Simple process, all rental are 3 nights minimum, there’s a damage deposit that gets charged at pickup and then refunded after the equipment is returned in the same condition as it left. You pay 50% of the rental fee up front to reserve the dates, and then the other 50% at time of pickup.

2-3 Person Soft Shell Roof Top Tent, Lightweight

• Suitable for most vehicles with standard roof rails and crossbars such as from Thule/Rhino Rack/Yakima. Smaller vehicles will be better served by this tent due to it’s lighter weight.

2-3 Person Soft Shell Roof Top Tent, Heavy Duty

 

 

• $65 / night

• Suitable for SUV/crossover/van/Subaru Outback and larger, with standard roof rails and crossbars such as from Thule/Rhino Rack/Yakima. 
• Has full ladder cover/overhang (with window)

 

 

 

 

 

3-4 Person Hard Shell Roof Top Tent

 

 

• $90 / night
• iKamper – SkyCamp 2.0
• Weight: 160 lbs
• Suitable for SUV/crossover/van/Subaru Outback and larger, with standard roof rails and crossbars such as from Thule/Rhino Rack/Yakima. 
• Has full ladder cover/overhang (with window)

The iKamper MINI is also available for $80 / night. This would be more suitable to cars and compact SUVs, or if you’d like for the tent to fit in the truck bed lower than cab roof.

 

 

 

 

 

Add-Ons

Add-ons can also be rented individually! In the case of installation items like awnings, they will incur an installation fee if not part of a tent rental package. For individual add-on rental, send us an email to rent@redbearoutdoors.ca.

Please note, depending on your roof rack / platform, the installation process may be more involved and we would need to charge a small labour cost depending on the time required. Installation on standard Thule/Rhino Rack/Yakima crossbars is free, as well most truck bed racks.

Pickup/mounting/drop-off happens during business hours M/W/F 10am to 6pm, and Saturdays 11am to 5pm.
